Real-time AI for neurointerventional surgery

Medical Image Analysis Software

Neuro-Vascular Assist®

Neuro-Vascular Assist supports neuroendovascular treatment by analysing angiographic X-ray images in real time during the procedure.

Features

  • Real-time

Analyses images from the angiography system in real time using deep-learning AI.

  • Monitoring

Tracks the motion of guidewires, catheters, coil markers, and liquid embolic agents during the procedure.

  • Procedural support

Notifies the operator when a device moves out of the field of view or leaves a defined region, supporting safer technique.

Key Functions

Five representative capabilities of Neuro-Vascular Assist. Real-time recognition and on-the-fly notifications support physicians throughout the procedure.

  • Coil embolization detection & notification

    Coil embolization detection & notification

Recognizes coil markers in real time during coiling and alerts the operator when unexpected motion or protrusion is detected, supporting device confirmation during the procedure.

  • Liquid embolic (Onyx / NBCA) measurement

Liquid embolic (Onyx / NBCA) measurement

In LIQUID ASSIST mode, tracks the movement and reach of liquid embolic agents in real time. Notifies the operator when the agent reaches a user-defined ROI.

  • CROSS notification

    CROSS notification

Alerts the operator the moment a device crosses a pre-defined boundary line.

  • Entry notification

    Entry notification

Detects when a new device enters the image frame and notifies the operator, supporting device confirmation during the procedure.

  • Guiding catheter out-of-view notification

    Guiding catheter out-of-view notification

Alerts the operator when the guiding catheter moves outside the image boundary — continuous position monitoring for this critical device.

Usage

Simply connect the unit to the angiography system with a standard cable. It can be retrofitted onto existing equipment without modification.
